Qualified candidates must have:
- native or near-native fluency in your working language pair — African language pairs are a priority.
- a bachelor's degree, translation certification, or equivalent professional experience.
- demonstrated subject-matter expertise in at least one domain (clinical, public health, legal, banking, or marketing preferred).
- comfort with CAT tools, glossaries, and terminology research.
- the ability to cheerfully accept constructive editorial feedback.
- a consistent commitment to being responsive and reliable.
- Microsoft Office and common document formats.
